As a Strategist, you will be part of an award-winning team, crafting brand, communications, product, and innovation strategies from social insights. This role suits someone who enjoys collaboration and has a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: The role involves delivering outcomes in three key areas:
Research and Insight Use audience segmentation tools to create detailed profiles based on demographics, psychographics, behaviors, and motivations, focusing on social media behaviors.
Audit brands' social and digital media presence, considering competitors and industry best practices.
Keep the team updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, recommending innovative strategies aligned with client goals.
Strategy and Planning Assist clients in setting SMART objectives aligned with broader business goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive social and digital strategies across platforms.
Create articles and presentations on media landscape changes and their impact.
Design strategic platforms to inspire creators and develop campaign concepts.
Collaborate with teams to inform client communication strategies, content calendars, brand voice, and paid advertising campaigns.
Measurement and Effectiveness Monitor and report campaign performance, using tools and metrics to optimize strategies.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on data and industry standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding campaign insights and performance.
You: Have at least 5 years of experience in strategy or a related role, preferably within an agency, with successful campaign examples.
Can segment, analyze, and profile audiences using tools like GWI.
Can research and present reports on media evolution and its impact on client categories.
Understand various social/digital media platforms and best practices.
Proficient in analytics tools for performance measurement.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content, and paid social advertising is a plus.
