The Process Burner Applications & Support Engineer will focus on technical support and sales within the EMEA region, through applications solutions, proposals creation, technical support (both office and customer facing) and through supporting process burner sales. The applicant will engage both end users directly through revamp / retrofit enquiries, along with EPC engagement when required.
In this role you will work with, and report to our Process Burner Director based in Stamford, whilst also aligning with our Technical & Sales personnel based in the UK and Tulsa, USA offices.
Primary duties:
* Applications solutions into proposal creation - Revamp / Retrofit / Capital / Aftermarket (Analysis of the requirement and understanding of technical capabilities, into composition of accurate and detailed proposals in a timely manner to meet the customers expectation).
* Composition of cost estimates - tied to a market-based sales
* End user technical support - to involve also face to face interaction at the customers'
* Close engagement with the projects team to ensure optimal
* Close interaction with the Process Burner / Design teams to fully understand both new product development and the existing technology
* Commercial awareness to optimise the proposal potential.
* Travel to customers' facilities to present, discuss and negotiate
* Respond to Zeeco's customers and internal product groups, ensuring their needs are being supported as well as clearly
* Build relationships with complementary suppliers and service groups to assist our customers and grow Zeeco business through strategic

* Degree in Engineering or suitable experience/
