Victim Support is seeking a full-time Victims Advocate to work on our Anti-Social Behaviour Project based in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract until March 31, 2026.

* Salary: £27,870.60 per annum plus London Weighting Allowance of £2,800

About the Role:
Based in Kensington & Chelsea, as a Victim Advocate, you will:
* Support victims of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Hate Crime
* Collaborate with funders and partners to ensure positive outcomes for victims
* Provide specialist advocacy for victims with complex and non-complex needs
* Assist vulnerable, high-risk, and repeat victims of ASB
* Engage in community work, liaise with the commissioner, and attend face-to-face appointments
* Participate in monthly ASB MARAC (JAG) meetings
You will need:
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals and those affected by ASB and crime
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data recording and reporting
