Regional Sales Manager (Player–Manager, Leading GTM)
£110k base + £170k OTE | Hybrid: London + European travel

We are on the lookout for a GTM and Enterprise-proven, high-performing leader.
This will start as a player–manager role, leading a team of 3 Account Executives while remaining hands-on in closing revenue.

The Role
This is a true hands-on player–manager role.
You’ll set the strategic direction, drive team execution, and step in to close high-value enterprise deals when it matters.
You’ll build a high-performing, disciplined sales function that delivers consistently across multiple markets.
This role sits at the heart of European growth — scaling a repeatable, data-driven sales engine.
As a senior commercial leader, you will:

Key Responsibilities
Own & Deliver Revenue
• Own and deliver the European sales number across UK, France & Benelux
• Take full accountability for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and performance
• Translate company OKRs into clear regional and individual sales plans
Build & Lead a High-Performance Team
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-country enterprise sales team
• Set clear targets, KPIs and expectations
• Run regular 1:1s, pipeline and deal reviews
• Create a disciplined, high-performance sales culture
Drive End-to-End Sales Execution
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: lead generation to close and deployment
• Personally support and close high-value, complex deals
• Improve conversion rates, deal velocity and sales efficiency
• Ensure strong pipeline coverage across key markets
Enterprise Deals & Partnerships
• Lead multi-million pound negotiations
• Build and secure strategic partnerships, including service partners
• Create and present proposals, tenders and commercial agreements
• Act as escalation point for complex or at-risk deals
Market & Growth Strategy
• Map target markets, customer segments and partner ecosystems
• Feed insights into pricing, product and GTM strategy
• Stay ahead of competitors and market trends
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Marketing on inbound, campaigns and sales materials
• Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings
• Build senior enterprise relationships
Operational Excellence
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting and reporting standards
• Ensure consistent sales process execution
• Align commercial deals with operational delivery
Scale the Function
• Support hiring, onboarding and development of future sales talent
• Build a scalable, repeatable and data-driven sales engine
What We’re Looking For
• Proven Enterprise Sales Leader within GTM environments
• Experience launching or scaling new markets
• Track record managing enterprise sales teams
• Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Comfortable in fast-growth, high-ownership environments
• Strong commercial, forecasting and CRM discipline
• Willing to regularly travel across Europe
