Teaching Assistant (EAL)
Do you have a passion for language, communication, and helping young learners find their voice? Teach Now is working with a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Ealing that is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL). This part-time, temporary role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the early stages of a child’s education.
In this role, you will work 1:1 and in small groups with EAL students, helping them build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing English. You'll collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored interventions that support both language acquisition and curriculum access.
This is a school that truly values inclusion and celebrates the rich cultural diversity of its students. The leadership team is supportive, experienced, and committed to helping every child — and every staff member — reach their potential.
