Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our business. Has a deep understanding of Employer Led Apprenticeship Provision
~5+ years experience in the delivery of Apprenticeships, latterly as person with operational management, curriculum and/or quality management/lead responsibility (open to those with responsibility of a Standard or Sector, doesn’t necessarily have had to had companywide responsibility)
~ Good insight into the needs of Ofsted and Apprenticeship Funding Rules

An agreed target for timely good quality enrolments from pipeline
Work as part of a management team, including the EPA Manager and Data Compliance Manager, embrace and challenge the requirements of the Head of Learning. As the leader it is your responsibility under the guidance of the Head of Learning to deliver a great learning experience against the curriculum provided by the Head of Learning and keep within the compliance requirements set by the Data and Compliance Manager
Take a leading role for any Ofsted or DfE Audit Visit – though wouldn’t be the main person responsible for either (unless illness dictated otherwise)
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimise performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Strong understanding of business functions such as Data and Compliance, EPA, Marketing and Curriculum.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.
