Parts Manager Our client, a well-established heavy machinery business is seeking a highly organised and driven Parts & Stores Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the parts function. This is a key role working closely with service teams, technicians and suppliers to ensure efficient stock control, fast parts turnaround and strong internal support. Key Responsibilities * Order and receive parts, check and process invoices on the company system * Goods In/Out management, stock allocation, and CRM stock updates * Maintain parts storage area to a high standard of organisation * Full accountability for the smooth running of the parts department * Return parts to suppliers and track refunds/credit notes to completion * Maintain stock levels of consumables and spare parts * Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to build strong working relationships * Provide administrative and service department support when required (holiday/sickness cover) Requirements * Background in parts administration / stores within plant machinery or a similar technical industry * Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills * High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * IT confident with data entry and CRM systems * Full UK driving licence * Forklift licence beneficial (not essential) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary with pension contribution * Full manufacturer and in-house system training provided * Generous holiday allowance * Employee discount programme across 50 categories (entertainment, leisure, childcare, etc.) * PPE and uniform provided * On-site parking
