Your role Carry out security checks throughout the night to ensure safety and peace of mind for customers Act as the first point of contact for customer queries Assess needs and update support plans Build positive relationships that respect choice,privacyand dignity Liaise with external partners to support confidence,healthand wellbeing, and encourage education and employment Respond to emergency situations andmaintainaccuraterecords Work independently during night shifts (This role is sometimes also referred to as Support Worker, Support Assistant, or Independent Living Assistant).
