This is a senior, interim role focused on delivering service improvement, transformation, and digitisation within Housing Tenancy Services. The postholder will lead and manage a portfolio of strategic improvement projects while ensuring day‑to‑day service gaps are effectively covered. The role operates at both a strategic and operational level and includes direct line management responsibility.
