Responsibilities
* Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
* Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month‑end reporting
* Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works
* Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio
* Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance
Qualifications
* 1 to 5 years experience in repairs & maintenance (essential)
* Heating & compliance (ideal)
* Facilities management
* Property building maintenance
* Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
* Experience working across planned and reactive works
* Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable
