Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule and coordinate work assignments with engineers
2. Manage and track parts inventory
3. Maintain and update the job management system
4. Support monthly client account reconciliations
5. Communicate professionally with clients to ensure service excellence
6. Provide administrative support to Service Delivery Managers
