Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Spanish Teacher to join a reputable school in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across KS4 and KS5. They will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.
Spanish Teacher Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire secondary students to reach their full potential
* Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining regular records of academic performance
* Create a positive, safe, and conducive learning environment
* Collaborate with school management, staff, and parents to support students academically
* Participate in school activities such as performances, events, and meetings

* Use effective classroom management strategies to ensure safety and order
Spanish Teacher Requirements:
* QTS or equivalent qualification
* Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Spanish or Education
* Recognized teaching qualification, ideally Bachelor's in Education or related
* Excellent classroom management and motivational skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of the national curriculum and its application
* Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learners
* A passion for teaching and making a difference
