BAR AND CELLAR ASSISTANT (CASUAL)
We are looking for casual Bar Staff and Cellar Porters to join our team at Nottingham Greyhound Stadium! Applicants must be 18 or over .
These roles offer flexible hours, offering shift on Monday and Friday (Aligned with our race meets)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service
* Serve food and drink and operate tills accurately
* Maintain stock levels and assist with stock rotation
* Support cellar operations including keg moving and barrel changes
* Move and store stock and equipment across site
* Maintain cleanliness and follow Health & Safety, COSHH and licensing procedures
* Work as part of a team and follow instructions from management
Requirements:
* Previous bar experience essential
* Cellar handling/maintenance experience required
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
