We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and dynamic Derby office. Key Responsibilities: Assisting on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Preparing legal documentation and correspondence, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements. Carrying out searches, assisting with reports depending on experience and dealing with Land Registry applications. Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties. Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision. Supporting solicitors and fee earners to ensure smooth progression of matters. Requirements: Solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential. Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish. Excellent client care and communication skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry/online portals.
