This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong organisational skills and experience in mechanical maintenance who is ready to take ownership of workshop operations and support the continued growth and success of our operation.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, allocate and manage workloads by issuing job cards to workshop technicians
* Review Health Check reports and arrange timely repairs
* Liaise with customers to discuss work
* Order parts as required and handle returns for incorrect or unused parts promptly
* Maintain accurate vehicle records in line with compliance and safety regulations
* Drive workshop productivity and efficiency, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
* Manage the workshop team, including overseeing attendance, timekeeping, and performance
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in Workshop and Work Flow Management
* Experience with performance and prestige vehicles
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Workshop Controller role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Knowledge of fleet compliance and safety regulations
* Confident communicator with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
