We’re searching for a dynamic General Manager to lead F&B delivery for Manchester United’s iconic stadium. You will drive exceptional food and guest experiences for the Old Trafford’s 75,000 fans.
General Manager – The role
* Lead strategic planning through strong client collaboration, structured execution, and market insight
* Own end‑to‑end hospitality operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and consistency
* Drive innovation, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all F&B service areas
* Build, lead, and develop high‑performing hospitality teams with a focus on culture, communication, and engagement
* Accountable for financial performance, using data‑driven insights to control costs and grow revenue
What we’re looking for
* A naturally confident leader, with senior management experience to inspire large F&B operational teams
* A positive and passionate focus on food – a natural flair for hospitality
* Proven experience in managing diverse outlets and operational functions
* The ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships, engaging clients and cross‑functional teams
* A passion for building teams with a people‑first approach – background in building and developing high‑performing teams
* A proven track record in leading projects and driving change
* Commercially astute with P&L accountability
* An influential communicator across all levels
* Agile, resilient, and solutions‑focused mindset – able to work effectively under pressure
* Skills to balance structured leadership with flexibility and teamwork
