I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR/Recruitment Advisor to join their growing people team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurially run scaling business where you can add value from day one.
Here is an overview of the kind of things you will get involved in:
Liaising with Managers to understand recruitment needs and implement talent plans
Working closely with marketing to promote the employer brand
Supporting with the end-to-end recruitment process
Producing reports in relation to HR and recruitment metrics
Ensuring an optimum candidate experience
Taking responsibility for onboarding and compliance checks for new starters
Supporting the HRD with a variety of people related projects
Supporting Managers with people related issues
The successful candidate will have some previous HR/recruitment experience, ideally having worked in a fast-paced and creative environment. The ability to work effectively off your own initiative is essential for this role as well as being able to demonstrate enthusiasm and a real passion for adding value to the people processes.
