Title: Production Support Officer Start date: Asap Contract duration: 12 months Location: Grangemouth, Scotland £14.35 Per Hour 36-hour work week Job Title: Production Support Officer Job Family: Production & Supply Functional Area: Production & Supply Job ID: Production Planning Team Purpose: · To manage all activities, supporting the production supply chain by receipting raw materials, initiating and tracking deliveries and collections, dispatching products in line with business expectations and updating commercial systems in a timely manner to ensure that financial accounts and business visibility are accurate and up to date. Accountabilities: · Record and update business and associated systems in a timely manner, to give accurate visibility of purchases, plans, customer promises and financials. · Dispatching intermediate Materials. · Document control, checking and archiving. · Provide cover to ensure an effective Production Support Service is always maintained, including waste management activities. · Raise purchase orders for packaged chemicals, bulk chemicals, and empty packaging in line with manufacturing requirements. · Purchase pre-printed product labels, maintaining sufficient stock to ensure compliant dispatch of active ingredients. · Create and print relevant site waste and CLP labels. · Maintain schedule of deliveries in line with production requirements, communicating to relevant stakeholders. · Stock checking and reconciliation of packaged and bulk materials · Resolution of blocked invoices · Support site waste administrative activities as required.
