Plumber / Multi Trader Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.
Due to the high demand and expanse of the company we are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi.
Duties & Requirements for Plumber Multi Trade:
* Experience and proven track record as plumber as main trade.
* Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating etc.
* We also hold time served trade experience in high regard so if you have this please do still apply.
* Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers.
* Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
Qualifications & Experience Required for Plumber Multi Trade:
* Social housing background preferred but not essential.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Full clean driving licence.

* We can offer PAYE or Self-employed, salaries will be discussed upon application.

* Monday - Friday, 08am - 16:30pm.
