The role provides daily logistical, administrative, and commercial support for all construction operational activities to maintain maximum utilization of field personnel and equipment on Archer North Sea and Global projects, usually on offshore locations. To maintain daily close liaison and carry out tasks assigned by the Construction Manager regarding all activities relating to personnel, contractor recruitment and equipment support, which also includes overseas operations. Managing general functions such as computerised record systems, central filing systems and general administration responsibilities. Organise company inductions and pre-mobilisation briefings. Arrange PPE. Ensure offshore Weekly Timesheets and any expenses are receipted, collated, registered in IFS (or any other payroll system) and archived. Register new start personnel and vendors with correct departmental or divisional functions (Supply Chain/HR) Maintain and update personnel information and certification archives with HR department. Ensure IR35 compliance processes are followed.
