Position: Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: St Albans
Salary: Up to £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
My Client are a leading law firm in St Albans, renowned for their expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality advice and support to a diverse client base, and are now looking to expand their Property Litigation team with a dynamic and ambitious solicitor.
As a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in the firm’s Property Litigation department. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of their clients. This role offers a fantastic platform for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and possession claims.
2. Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
4. Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant case law and legislative changes.
5. Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings as required.
6. Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
7. Newly qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in property litigation.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
10. Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
11. Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to professional development.
