Tradewind is partnered with an inclusive SEN School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in student's learning and development, working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Role Details:
* Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
* Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
* Start Date: Opportunities available from September 2025
* Salary: 90- 100 per day (based on experience)
* Hours: Ideally 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), part-time applications considered
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN
* Assist in implementing EHCPs and IEPs
* Track pupil progress and identify areas for development
* Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons
* Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN
* Flexible, patient, and adaptable approach
* Genuine passion for supporting student's learning and wellbeing
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
