Main Duties
1. Work within the Care Act 2014 and other statutory frameworks, maintaining professional standards and developing core skills in collaboration with your line manager.
2. Apply Social Work principles and values to practice, reflecting corporate values in all interactions with residents, colleagues, and partners.
3. Participate fully in supervision, applying critical reflection to inform professional decisions, ensuring risks are discussed with your line manager.
4. Manage a reasonable caseload appropriate to experience, ensuring consistent throughput and quality of work.
5. Provide guidance and advice on social care to assessors, students, and partners.
