Essential Functions:
* Answer calls made to the office during weekend hours, address new client inquiries, and handle staff & client phone calls.
* Make schedule adjustments or fill caregiver roles as needed under the guidance of the Staffing Coordinator or Operations Manager.
* Provide caregiving services when required, offering companionship and personal cares per the Care Plan.
* Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Education/Skills/Abilities/Availability:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer and organizational skills.
* Good telephone communication skills.
* Knowledge of common medical terminology.
* Previous caregiving experience.
* Scheduling/staffing experience preferred.
