Location and Working Environment
This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 1 day per quarter.

Purpose & Scope
As Content Factory Lead, you will be a critical member within the Content Activation team, responsible for the strategic vision, development, and global deployment of Astellas' omnichannel content production hub.
This role leads the evolution and operational excellence of the OCCF, ensuring seamless integration with Astellas' operating model and alignment with the company's digital transformation ambitions. The CF Lead will drive the adoption of best-in-class content production practices, oversee third-party partnerships, and champion organisational change across regions and markets to deliver measurable business value.
As we enter this next phase of Content Factory, both the continuity of existing services and evolution of our content production hub remains a key priority as we continue to drive omnichannel transformation across the organisation. The scope of this role will span across regions and geographies and will require the development of complex operating procedures, monitoring, issue resolution, critical thinking and ongoing evolution to align with business needs and priorities.
Role And Responsibilities
Manage OCCF third-party vendor team to ensure effective BAU operations, including participation in governance meetings, finance reviews, and account management.
Oversee budget management, identify efficiencies, and deliver productivity gains.
Ensure stakeholder buy-in for OCCF BAU services and assess new services or capabilities as needed.
Explore innovations and drive evolution of OCCF services based on industry trends and business needs.
Plan and execute POCs through deployment and transition to BAU, ensuring scalability for key delivery channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deploy compliant, scalable solutions and onboard new business adopters.
Maintain governance frameworks, risk management plans, and KPIs to track and monitor performance.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in content operations, creative/production content development, or marketing.
Proven success leading large-scale global projects in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including influencing and managing senior leaders and stakeholders.
Brand marketing experience, including digital strategy, digital marketing, and multi-channel content delivery.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with global content operations models in pharma or a comparable industry.
Knowledge of digital innovations, content technology platforms, and workflow programs.
Advanced degree with a background in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
Strong understanding of commercial strategy, business planning, and governance.
Proven ability to operate within cross-continent organizations across multiple geographies.
