As a Third in Charge, you will be an important member of the management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You’ll inspire your team, create stimulating learning environments, and champion a child-led, curiosity-driven approach to education. When required, you’ll step up to support in the absence of the Nursery or Deputy Manager, helping maintain high standards and readiness for Ofsted inspections. What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Proven experience as a Nursery Room Leader or equivalent. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework. Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of care.
