We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Managed Services team at Accord.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking IT provider where you'll play a key role in retaining clients, driving growth within existing accounts and developing new opportunities.
What you'll do
* Act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of MSP clients.
* Build strong, long term relationships and ensure clients remain happy and engaged.
* Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for additional services such as cyber security, cloud, etc.
* Support renewal processes and make sure service levels are met.
* Generate new revenue by scoping and closing projects and services for existing clients.
* Contribute to new business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities with prospective clients.
What we're looking for
* Experience in account management, ideally within an IT Managed Services or technology environment.
* A proven track record of retaining clients and growing accounts.
* Strong relationship building, communication and commercial skills.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud, cyber security (desirable).
* A proactive, customer focused mindset with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
