Our client is seeking a SeniorBid Manager to spearhead the identification and response totendering opportunities and new business prospects, fosteringrevenue growth and enhancing profitability. This pivotal roleentails orchestrating the entire bid lifecycle, encompassinginternal governance, win theme development, bid strategy, pricing,competitive analysis, and solution development while upholdingimpeccable standards of quality andcompliance.

MainDuties & Responsibilities:
*Oversee tendering activities across the organisation and itssubsidiary companies.
* Maintain market intelligence toidentify upcoming opportunities.
* Identify tenderingopportunities through various channels.
* Collaboratewith the Head of Partnerships and Development and senior leadershipto prioritise tendering opportunities.
* Produce weeklytender tracking overviews for review by seniormanagement.
* Design solutions and deliverymodels.
* Coordinate bidding projects and relevantstaff.
* Develop strategies to meet and exceed buyerrequirements.
* Lead detailed research to supporttendering efforts.
* Craft compelling, persuasivetenders aligned with buyer specifications.
* Designsocial value propositions.
* Ensure timely submissionand tracking of bids.
* Drive continuous improvementbased on feedback and lessons learned.
* Providenecessary feedback to support organisational development andcompetitiveness.
PersonSpecification:
Education& Qualifications (Essential):
*A-level or equivalent in English.
* Relevant degreeand/or sectorexperience.
Knowledge &Experience (Essential):
* Experiencewriting, managing, and submitting winning tenders, preferably inemployment and education sectors or related.
* Proventrack record in securing large amounts of funding through DynamicPurchasing Systems or similar mechanisms.
* Projectmanagement experience.
* Experience of leading andconducting research to support tendering
* Experiencedesigning services and delivery models
* Familiaritywith welfare-to-work or education services.
* Experiencein bid solution design and writing, including social valuepropositions.
