Part Time Sales & Social Media Assistant
16–24 hours per week
Location: Babylady Ltd, Kent (In-store)

Are you creative, social media savvy, and passionate about helping new parents? Babylady is looking for a friendly, ideas-driven Part Time Sales & Social Media Assistant to join our teamWhat You'll Do:
* Support customers on the shop floor, making their shopping experience personal, stress-free, and memorable.
* Create, edit, and schedule engaging social media content for our platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
* Stay on top of the latest social media trends and bring fresh ideas to make our posts stand out and connect with our audience.
* Respond to comments and messages, building our online community with empathy and warmth.
* Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, promotions, and in-store events.
* Pitch in with day-to-day shop duties and support colleagues as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Some experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (bonus points for retail or baby/children's sector).
* Great editing skills—confident with photos, videos, and captions.
* Up-to-date with current social media trends and bursting with ideas to elevate our content.
* Empathetic, friendly, and able to connect with customers both in person and online.
* Organised, reliable, and happy to work Saturdays (plus ideally Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).
* Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
