Finance Director (Part-Time/Flexible - 8 hours per week)
Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for strategic finance and leadership? We are seeking a Finance Director to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead finance operations in a dynamic SME environment, with a focus on statutory, financial, and management accounting.
Location: Lewes, East Sussex
Salary: £100,000 pro-rata
Key Responsibilities:
* Review quarterly consolidated management accounts
* Manage Group Cashflow
* Review statutory financial statements preparation ensuring compliance with UK GAAP.
* Review consolidated group financials and assist with budgeting, forecasting, taxation and board reporting.
* Support strategic finance projects, acquisitions, and disposals.
Candidate Profile:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA,) preferred.
* Strong technical expertise in FRS102, statutory reporting, and group consolidations.
* Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* Experience with international entities is an advantage.
