 
        Job Role: Parts Administrator in Dungannon Our client is a well respected independent supplier of high quality used vehicles throughout Northern Ireland. They are currently recruiting a Parts Administrator to join their aftersales team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team and will work closely with the work shop manager to ensure a steady supply of parts in a timely fashion. Duties: Sourcing parts as required from key suppliers and online retailers Ensure best quality and prices Track deliveries and keep service manager up to date with delays Maintain accurate lists of available stock available Identify fast moving parts and order accordinly Manage returns for unused orders Set prices in accordance with pre agreed margins Criteria Previous parts experience desirable Excellent communication skills IT Literate Highly organised with attention to detail
