CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a Pharmaceutical Services company who are based in Central Belt Scotland on a permanent basis.
Location:
This role is field based.
Role:
* Develop and build-on relationships with existing clients, ensuring service satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify and qualify leads and generate new customers.
* Develop proposals and quotations and negotiate contract terms
* Represent the company at industry events and in external forums.
* Maintain and take ownership of forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Your Background:
* Educated to degree level or above in life sciences or a related field with previous experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical/contract services business.
* Excellent relationship management, negotiation and client-facing skills.
* Proven ability to balance retaining existing business with generating new business.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
* Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulated laboratory environments.
