Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 4+ years’ PQE, York, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm. JOB REF: 3135
Responsibilities
* Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements and a full range of corporate transactions.
* You will take responsibility for your own caseload, taking the lead on some transactions and working with senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
* You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
* You will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development initiatives.
