Overview
We are looking to further develop our acute / on the day service and are seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our duty team, providing high-quality care for acute and same-day presentations.
Job responsibilities
* Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute/same-day presentations
* Work as part of the duty team, supporting urgent patient needs
* Prescribe medications where required
* Contribute to the development of our acute service
* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to enhance patient care

Situated in beautiful South Monmouthshire, Caldicot Medical Group is a large innovative training practice serving a population of just over 20,000 patients. The practice is friendly, well organised, high achieving training practice where the GPs are supported by an extended team of a pharmacist, advanced nurse practitioner, minor illness nurses, practice nurses and an administration team.

We are developing our acute service and see a strong Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) team as integral to this. As part of our duty team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely care for patients with acute and same-day presentations.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Healthcare Professional
* Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
Experience
* Experience of working in primary care
