You’ll be working on a dual reception where you’ll enjoy breathtaking 360° views of the city every single day. You'll be welcoming high-profile guests, assisting with office-wide queries, supporting with events and assisting the EAs with admin support. What you’ll be doing, but are not limited to:
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and warm welcome.
* Working closely with the Senior Receptionist and EAs to keep the office running seamlessly.
* Taking ownership of office queries, daily logistics, and providing all-round support.
* Supporting with events, office admin, and being a go-to superstar for the team.
Requirements:
* At least 1 - 4 years’ experience in a client-facing Reception or Office Support role, ideally investment sector or luxury hospitality.
* A bubbly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
* Someone proactive, dependable, and always ready to help — nothing is too much trouble.
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
