About the Role
The Commercial team in Cambridge serves a wide range of clients, from dynamic SMEs to large listed businesses. This role is within the Private Capital team and involves:

Owning your responsibilities: You will oversee audit teams, serve as a key client contact, assist in establishing audit approaches, review work papers, and ensure timely completion of audit files.

Minimum requirements for the Audit Manager role:

Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience.

Proven experience managing a large portfolio of audit clients.
Desirable experience and skills:

Managing audits of diverse commercial companies, including private equity-backed and large listed or international groups.

Handling complex technical matters and project-managing client work.

Leading, developing, and inspiring audit teams.

Building and maintaining strong client and team relationships.
