Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ communication development, working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver effective, targeted interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering 1:1 and small group speech and language interventions
* Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised communication plans
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
* Advising on strategies to create communication-friendly learning environments
* Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on pupil progress

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational or SEND setting
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs
