 
        
        We’re seeking a passionate Construction Lecturer to join a pioneering education provider and inspire the next generation of construction professionals. This is your chance to teach, mentor, and make a real impact in an innovative, hands-on learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, seminars, and practical sessions across Level 4 Site Supervision, Quantity Surveying, and Building Services Engineering
 * Support learners’ progress, providing feedback and guidance to build confidence and skills
 * Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards
 * Conduct site visits and practical exercises to bring real-world experience into the classroom
 * Contribute to programme development and the ongoing improvement of construction education
Employment Benefits:
 * Salary: £38,000 per annum
 * Success bonus: £3,500 on completion of first year
 * Mileage allowance: £0.45/mile (first 10,000 miles), £0.25/mile thereafter, up to 1,300 miles/month
 * Laptop, PPE, and uniform provided
 * Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Qualifications & Experience Required:
 * Level 4 qualification or higher in a relevant construction discipline (e.g., Site Supervision, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering)
 * Industry experience in a construction management or technical role
 * Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one
 * Strong communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
 * Passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their full potential
