Hybrid Working and Flexible Hours
Duties:
* Leading the technical design and detailing of large-scale hotel projects
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through all RIBA stages
* Attending and contributing to regular project and client meetings
* Supporting Business Development initiatives and contributing to the practice’s Client Network
* Managing Revit models and ensuring technical compliance across all project stages
Requirements:
* Strong experience in delivering high-end hotel or hospitality projects
* Confident and proficient in Revit, with experience leading technical packages
* A background in producing and coordinating complex construction details
* Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction methods
* A proactive approach to Business Development and maintaining a strong Client Network
