What you'll be doing: Managing and growing relationships with key customer accounts in Germany. Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and solution delivery. Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams on growth initiatives. Leading account reviews, managing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What we're looking for: Fluent German speaker - essential, as you'll be managing German customer relationships. Strong background in Account Management / Customer Success, ideally within software, SaaS, or IT solutions. Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while building trusted, long-term customer partnerships.
