About the Role
As an SEN TA, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils who may have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, autism (ASC), or other learning barriers. You\'ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help students re-engage with learning, develop self-confidence, and achieve their personal goals.

* Building trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, understood, and motivated.
* Supporting students\' social development during unstructured times and transitions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, child-centred environment and is passionate about inclusion and alternative education.
The Ideal Candidate
