Overview
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and motivated Financial Management Assistants to work closely with the team to report an accurate and timely monthly financial position and with budget holders to support the financial sustainability of the organisation.
The post holder will assist and support the Finance Reporting Manager and other Financial Management colleagues in providing a range of financial services to a specified division/s. They will be responsible for ensuring all month end transaction processes and procedures are accurately completed in the required time frames. The post holder will also be expected to build and maintain close working relationships within the department and other colleagues across the Trust and will be confident in presenting financial information to non-finance budget holders. The post holder will need to work flexible on varying tasks and procedures and should be able to prioritise these as required. A motivated individual is required for this role who is prepared to take responsibility and be proactive at all times in development of their knowledge.
