About the role
We are delighted to share a role within the Shoot Production Executive F&F Clothing. The team organises all images needed, from cut-out imagery and online display to campaign billboards. This role involves sample organisation, production, and overseeing the images and delivery of all assets. It is suitable for someone with a strong understanding of shoot production and confidence in managing the entire process of asset creation.
You will be responsible for
* Managing the lifecycle of all samples, ensuring teams are aware of all sample information and expectations.
* Overseeing and maintaining accurate shoot and sample critical paths.
* Overseeing sign-offs and ensuring smooth product handover from product teams.
* Creating and maintaining a shoot bible with necessary information for agencies, including shot codes and styling notes.
* Supporting and managing the creation of content briefs.
* Marking up retouch notes to support the retouching process.
* Ensuring samples are collated, packed, sent to shoots correctly, and returned post-shoot.
* Supporting the Shoot Manager on set with shoots, being the go-to person for sample queries.
* Crafting compelling product descriptions and copy as per process requirements.
* Attending shoots and working with freelance and agency partners to deliver imagery according to brief and brand guidelines.
* Driving shoot day efficiencies to ensure high-quality, timely shoots.
* Supporting the shoot team with various shoots, sample management, and day-to-day department operations.
* Managing the end-to-end content creation process for social media platforms, including video and stills.
* Keeping up-to-date with market trends in social media, fashion, and collaborating with buying and design teams.
You will need
* Experience in end-to-end production of photoshoots.
* Experience working with advertising agencies.
* Experience with lifestyle imagery shoots.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Team player mindset and ability to build relationships.
* Self-starter capable of managing and prioritising workload.
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time.
* Awareness of social media landscape and experience in the clothing retail industry.
* Experience in editing video content.
