We provide an effective person-centred approach on the maintenance of life skills, mental health, addiction, social inclusion, employability and to achieve a better quality of life for adults and families within the South Lanarkshire area. We are looking to recruit a Support worker to join our team to cover Maternity. As a motivated and dynamic support worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality person centred approach programme which promotes client choice and control. You will ensure that everything you do will be underpinned by our core values, demonstrated within our daily practice and measured against our priorities of Transformation, Integration, Discipleship and Effectiveness. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge of benefit systems and an understanding of supported housing funding streams and reporting requirements Knowledge of the main support needs of homeless people and vulnerable clients Understanding of legislation for the Health and Safety and Safeguarding of clients and staff Ensure successful client outcomes which demonstrate quality and effectiveness in all aspects of the programme In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
