Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare's Brook House Care Home, you will play a crucial role in supporting both residents and staff in their everyday lives. This part-time position (24 hours per week) involves providing compassionate and attentive care, while also taking on a leadership role and encouraging the development and growth of your team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to the overall operation of the care home, collaborating with colleagues and supporting the implementation of care plans.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be expected to have experience in a similar role, as well as a genuine passion for providing excellent care to older adults. Strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Prior training or qualifications in health and social care would be highly desirable.
