A safety trainer is now required for our client, a specialist supplier of excavation support systems and products for the water, civil engineering, and construction industries. This role involves coverage across the United Kingdom, with a company van provided, along with private healthcare, gym membership, discounts, and other benefits. It offers routes for progression through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
In this role, you will deliver accredited courses at various locations across the UK, reporting to the compliance and training manager, with a focus on providing excellent course delivery within the civil, water, and construction sectors.
Note: You must be prepared to stay away up to 4 days a week to be considered for this role.

Job Overview
* Deliver classroom and practical training courses to customers as per current training programmes
* Collaborate with the training director and report to the compliance and training manager to ensure high-quality training delivery
* Assist in planning and developing future courses
* Be prepared to travel throughout the south of England, staying away up to 4 days a week
* Maintain meticulous administrative records due to the nature of the role
Job Requirements
* Experience in a similar role is beneficial, with a recognized training qualification
* Up-to-date qualifications regarding awarding bodies, statutory policies, health and safety, employment, and equality laws
* Knowledge of the construction and civil sectors is desirable
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to deliver outdoor practical training
* Experience in designing or assisting with training sessions
* GCSEs or equivalent: C or above in Maths and English
* Full driving license required
