As
Head of Marketing - Cole & Mason

you are responsible for shaping and championing the brand's strategic vision ensuring it consistently reflects the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation in seasoning and kitchenware. By translating consumer insight into compelling brand storytelling, campaigns, and experiences, the role drives brand awareness, preference, and loyalty. Working cross-functionally with local marketing teams, product development, sales, and commercial teams, the Head of Marketing ensures brand strategy directly supports revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business objectives, strengthening Cole & Mason's position as 'Experts in Seasoning since 1919' globally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and own the
global marketing plan
, aligning brand, commercial, and product development objectives across all regions.
* Lead long-term strategic planning while driving agile, insight-led execution.
* Own the global
brand identity
, ensuring consistency of visual expression, tone of voice, and brand experience across all touchpoints.
* Oversee the creation, rollout, and governance of brand guidelines.
* Ensure all markets have the tools and frameworks required to execute brand activity consistently.
* Lead strategy and execution for all
global social media channels

, ensuring unified messaging and high-impact content.
- Drive global organic and paid social programmes, platform innovation, community management strategy, and social measurement frameworks.
- Oversee the
creation of all brand content

, including evergreen assets, seasonal campaigns, photography, video, design, and copywriting.
- Build and oversee the global influencer strategy, including partnerships, creator collaborations, and ambassador programmes.
- Establish guidelines for regional markets and ensure cohesive global storytelling.
- Measure influencer effectiveness and optimise approach.
- Lead global
360 NPD activation
, ensuring new products are launched with compelling positioning, campaigns, and toolkits.
- Partner with product development and local sales and marketing teams to translate innovation into impactful global go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver global campaign assets for NPD, from creative concepts to execution guidelines.
- Create comprehensive global
marketing toolkits
covering campaigns, NPD, social media assets, brand guidelines, and launch playbooks.
- Ensure markets receive high-quality, scalable, and easy-to-use materials that support consistent implementation.
- Support regional marketing teams with guidance, training, and best practices.
- Oversee
global blog content
for the website, ensuring SEO-driven, high-quality editorial aligned with brand positioning and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain an annual content calendar that supports brand storytelling and commercial initiatives.
- Lead the global
research and insights
function to ensure marketing strategy is data-driven and consumer-centric.
- Oversee brand tracking, category insights, customer research, market analysis, and performance reporting.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for campaigns, content, and innovation.
- Build, mentor, and lead the global marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own global marketing budget planning, allocation, and financial performance.
- Ensure efficient spend, strong ROI, and effective investment across campaigns, influencers, toolkits, and content production

Knowledge & Skills

* 8+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within global or multi-market consumer goods organisations.
* Proven experience managing global brand identity, content creation, and social media ecosystems.
* Demonstrated success launching NPD and delivering global activation toolkits.
* Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large budgets and forecasting.
* Expertise in influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital ecosystem management.
* Skilled in consumer insights, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our Farnborough office 3 days per week.
