NUH seeks an Associate Medical HR Business Partner to join our team and help enhance workplace experience.

The role supports all four hospital divisions within the Employee Relations hub, combining medical expertise with employee relations knowledge.

Ideal for medical professionals wanting broader HR experience, the position reports to the Head of Employee Relations and offers guidance on Medical & Dental TCS, MHPS, employment law, national procedures, and Trust policies.

1. Experience of advising managers on highly complex and serious individual and / or collective conflict situations including disciplinary, capability and grievance issues
2. Experience of providing direct customer service, both verbally and in writing

Knowledge

3. Current excellent knowledge of employment legislation, case law and good HR practice

4. Extensive working knowledge of Medical Recruitment processes, and ESR Payroll experience

7. Skill level: The role must meet the minimum skill requirement of RQF Level 6 or above (graduate level).
8. English language: Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency at CEFR level B1 or higher.
9. Other criteria: Applicants must meet all other criteria as set out by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI)
