This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educational leader who is committed to transforming the lives of young people through inclusive, trauma-informed and relational practice. As Assistant Headteacher, you will work closely with the Head of Alternative Provision to drive excellence across our provision, ensuring every student receives the highest quality education, care and support. You will play a key role in strategic leadership, staff development and improving outcomes for learners with diverse needs. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in Alternative Provision, SEND, SEMH or vocational education who is ready to make a genuine impact.
