TODAY BREAD is an artisanal bakery producing organic sourdough bread and pastries.
Since we opened our doors in 2016, our small team of bakers has been baking fresh breads and pastries daily from scratch and in front of customers. We are proud of our work and to supply our local community and customers daily with great quality freshly baked products.
I am looking for an experienced head baker with a passion for baking, an interest for moving the business forward.

Requirements:
* Experience as a head baker and excellent skills as a baker
* Previous experience in lamination (making croissants from scratch)
* Have a passion for baking and creating high standard products,
* Be very good at communication and managing a small team,
* Be able to manage budgets and reach targets,
* Be an example of a great team player,
* Have an impeccable record of work attendance, punctuality and cleanliness,
* Have an open and creative mind and full integrity.
